After an initial consultation and trial at my salon in Bristol city centre, I’ll travel to you on your wedding day to create a hairstyle that perfectly complements your dress and all the little details you’ve devoted so much time, care and attention to. Before I leave, I’ll present you or your chief bridesmaid with a complimentary ‘SOS Bridal Styling Kit’ containing hairspray and some extra hair grips, just in case!

That’s not her real name but it’s been saved as that in my phone since her very first appointment around 13 years ago. Shes been a client through me planning my wedding, my trips of backpacking around the world, my fertility issues, having a baby, getting a divorce and everything else in between. I never take for granted how a hair appointment can make someone feel, not just with Mrs Nice but all that sit in my chair it really is my aim to make you look and feel bloody wonderful. People joke your hair appointment is like a therapy session and if that’s what you want it be I am honoured. But equally if you’re not crying in the chair I can guarantee you’ll be laughing as I believe I’m really quite hilarious 😆

Anyway, my point being is I adore each of my clients, I hope to never ever let you down and if you’re not coming out of your hair appointment with more than amazing hair…I am welcoming new clients 🤣

Daily Tip 💫

Squuueeeeeeeze out as much water from your hair before applying conditioner or you may as well pour the conditioner directly into the drain!

If your hair is too wet, it can dilute the conditioner, making it less efficient at moisturizing and nourishing your hair.

Slightly damp hair allows the conditioner to spread evenly and work more efficiently.

👀Look for Bridal Hair inspo with the same hair colour. Brunettes don’t look at Blonde Hair ideas. Details are lost in Brunette hair unlike in Blonde.

🔎Filters. So many filters. So have that in mind when seeing smooth glossy hair and flawless skin.

📍Pin any styles/looks you like you don’t need to stick to one as my professional eye can identify what it is you’re drawn to consistently in each pic.

👁️Eyes. Most makeup photos are eye focused and the model has ample lid space to show off all the details. Not many of us are that blessed so be reasonable with what can be achieved and open to ideas that would compliment you better.

And importantly, don’t compare yourself to others. You’re beautiful as you are I’m just here to add a little sparkle. 💖
